Nice arm! I was tempted myself. Dying to see it finished. For my 2 pennies worth, i reckon you should paint it black to match the frame!

The old swingarm 2009 swingarm is out.
Yes keeping the ducati wheel. Does anyone know if a zx6r 636 front wheel fits into the zx10r front end, Then i have a close match on the wheel style
Ordered the paint today

Hi 711
I would just source another Marchesini from a Ducati with some 300mm brembo discs
ZX6R was a 3 spoke before the B1H which had same design wheel as ZX10R (think that fits but possibly need ZX6R spindle) I have a spindle in toolbox
Regards Rick

Hi 711
I know a guy that did but was not a ZX10R (was Z1000)
think the spacing for the discs is the only problem think he had 3mm shaved from each side of the hub (can't remember for sure)Ducati has wider disc spacing i think (10R is about 130-131mm spacing between the disc friction part) you just need to measure a Ducati and turned up some new spacers to suit his spindle as the Marchesini had large bore bearings like most top spec wheels and spacers are shouldered into the bearings rather than butting upto smaller bearings like they do on the std 10R
Won't be too hard as long as you have a local friendly engineering shop
but you will need to use Ducati bolt pattern discs on the Ducati wheel
Regards Rick
